STEP 1 - SIGN UP FOR YOUR FREE Fitness Intro
At TriPark Strength – CrossFit Affiliated, we’re proud to provide free introduction to anyone interested in starting their fitness journey.
Let’s face it finding a program that speaks to you and your goals is hard and sticking with one is even more difficult. How many times have you started something and not even a few weeks later life gets in the way and you never go back?
That’s why we bring you in for a complimentary 1-on-1 assessment. We want to know more about you, your life, why you want to get fit and where we fit into the picture, we want to know what we can do to hold you accountable and how we can develop a plan of action to ensure you get fit for good this time!
We understand that everyone has their own individual goals and will be at different fitness levels when joining our community, that’s why we find this complimentary assessment to be invaluable! It helps us personalize coaching to you during 1-on-1 sessions and group classes.

STEP 2 – INTRODUCTION TO YOUR NEW COACH FOR LIFE
Let’s face it, you’re destined to fail if you don’t have someone in your corner backing you up every step of the day. Big box gyms bank on you never using your membership, but we want to see you here each and every week making continued progress toward your personalized goals.
This is where your coach for life comes in and saves the day! You’ll meet this person during your introduction and your coach for life will work with you to understand exactly what motivates you and how you can work together to ensure you keep coming back and continue to achieve incredible progress.
If you fall off track expect a call from your coach asking where you’ve been and encouraging, you to get back in the gym. Simply starting and falling off track then never coming back just doesn’t happen at TriPark Strength – CrossFit Affiliated. We are 100% committed to your success and well-being!
STEP 3 – MENTORSHIP
After your fitness introduction, you and your coach for life will sit down and work to create a personalized plan of action for our fundamentals program that caters to your specific goals and works with your current level of fitness. There is no cookie cutter way to introduce you to our programs and that’s exactly why we have a 1-on-1 fundamentals program!
Classes can be scary at first. You don’t know anyone; some people look very fit and lots of the movements are things you may not have seen before. We understand exactly how you feel, and we want to bring you into our gym in a way that makes you feel confident, excited and worry-free.
Our fundamentals program is designed to teach you the movements we do in the gym in a safe environment without adding intensity until you show proficiency in the movements. It’s also designed to get you acquainted with your coach for life and to start to meet some of the members in the gym without being involved in the class just yet.
In fundamentals you learn:
- Our foundational movements
- How to get a baseline level of fitness in safe environment
- Mobility and Recovery techniques
- How to set attainable goals with your coach for life
- How to maintain (and stick with) a good diet
STEP 4 – GROUP CLASSES/HYBIRD MEMBERSHIP
Once you graduate fundamentals it’s time to start classes, at this point you should be proud of your new found level of fitness and the excitement to start a class should be off the charts! You’ve probably even made a few friends in the gym at this point!
You and your coach for life will decide how many times per week you should attend classes and how often you both should meet 1-on-1 to ensure you stay on track. These are what we call our hybrid memberships, designed to keep you attending classes and ensure you meet with your coach for life as often as needed. No more starting a program and never finishing it, we make sure you’re in the gym as often as you need to be!
The social environment, the community and the friends you make will give you a different sort of push and will help you reach new heights of fitness. Each and every person at Tripark Strength – CrossFit Affiliated is dedicated to not only ensuring they succeed but ensuring everyone else succeeds.
