TriPark Strength, where you think you join a gym, but you really join a family. We believe every member is an irreplaceable part of our family tree and it’s our duty to ensure our tree grows strong and becomes a landmark to the communities it serves.
We encourage an empower our members to reach personal and fitness goals through constant communication and regular check-ins, and celebrate together when goals are reached. We are known not only for our strength in lifting, gymnastics and endurance, but also for the strength we provide each other.
It is our goal to help each member become the best version of his or herself. The transformation will be accomplished through CrossFit workouts catered to individual fitness levels and nutrition guidance for our members’ particular goals. Our vision is to create an atmosphere and community that motivates and inspires our members that reaches beyond the gym to influence their families and friends.
