Getting Started

Getting started with CrossFit is simple at TriPark CrossFit!

The first step is to call or email us to set up your free consultation, where we learn about you and your fitness goals and background, and we explain the concepts behind CrossFit and what we have to offer. After that, you have an option to participate in our "On-Ramp" program, which at a discounted cost, includes private one-on-one sessions where we will teach you CrossFit movements and modifications, and a one-week (or up to one-month) free trial. This allows you the opportunity to meet us, and find out firsthand what we do and who we are. If you, and we, decide that TriPark Strength is for you, then your next step is to enroll in a membership program.

For those who have tried CrossFit and are comfortable with the movements and modifications, we provide a free 2-week trial. Email us to get the details on that trial! 

During your first month at TriPark Strength, you can expect to learn various functional movements of CrossFit that include kettle bells, dumbbells, power lifting, Olympic lifting, gymnastics and body weight movements. Our classes are small to ensure you receive the one-on-one attention needed to safely and effectively learn these movements.
