Getting started with CrossFit is simple at TriPark CrossFit!
The first step is to call or email us to set up your free, introductory session. This allows you the opportunity to meet us, and find out firsthand what we do and who we are. If you, and we, decide that TriPark Strength is for you, then your next step is to enroll in a membership program and schedule another meeting with one of our coaches to discuss your current fitness levels and goals.
During your first month at TriPark Strength, you can expect to learn various functional movements of CrossFit that include kettle bells, dumbbells, power lifting, Olympic lifting, gymnastics and body weight movements. Our classes are small to ensure you receive the one-on-one attention needed to safely and effectively learn these movements.
